After a ten-year career in public relations working primarily for clients in the travel industry (hotels, tour operators, industry associations and more), Dana transitioned to freelance work.

She currently writes e-newsletters for real estate agents in Manhattan, promoting new real estate projects, as well as industry trends, topics of interest (renovations, board packages, etc.).  On behalf of Warburg Associates, she also wrote a quarterly New York City “Happenings” newsletter, distributed by all company agents to their mailing lists.

She also writes a monthly newsletter on behalf of Loop TV, one of the largest digital out-of-home content providers. The newsletter provides the latest news to participating Loop venues on the company’s latest content offerings. In addition, she provides content and editing support for other Loop projects.

For Brandmark Studios, Dana wrote content for Ortho Connecticut’s website, including descriptions of various medical procedures, physician biographies, and blog posts outlining patient success stories.   She also wrote SEO-focused content for physician websites for PatientPop.

For several years she wrote the newsletters, e-newsletters and annual reports for Big Brother Big Sisters of New York City.  On behalf of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Dana co-wrote  a 10-year annual report covering success stories in every aspect of the organization (including hospitals, treatment centers, palliative care centers, long-term care centers, visiting nurse programs and more.
