Dana Covey is a writer, voiceover artist and actress based in New York City.
After a decade-long career in public relations, Dana transitioned to freelance writing, where she has built a diverse and accomplished portfolio. Her writing experience spans newsletters, website content, marketing materials (including sales decks and brochures), press releases, ad copy, and annual reports. She has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries, including travel, healthcare (both hospitals and private practices), real estate, and nonprofits.
In addition to her writing, Dana is an experienced voiceover artist whose work includes commercials, narration, and interstitials.
As a performer, Dana spent ten years in improvisational comedy, appearing in comedy clubs and corporate events. She also co-wrote and stars in Mom’s the Word, a musical comedy about motherhood that has been performed throughout the New York tri-state area.
