Dana Covey is a writer, voiceover artist and actress based in New York City.
After a ten year career in public relations, she transitioned to freelance writing work. Her extensive writing background includes newsletters, website content, marketing materials (sales decks, etc.), press releases, ad copywriting, annual reports. She has worked with clients in the travel industry, healthcare (hospitals and private practices), real estate, nonprofits and more.
Dana’s work as a voiceover artist includes a range of projects, including commercials, narration and interstitials.
As an actress, Dana performed in various improvisational comedy groups for ten years, performing in comedy clubs and corporate events. She also co-wrote and performs in a musical comedy about motherhood, called “Mom’s the Word,” which has appeared across the New York tri-State area.
